However, it may help you to focus your financial perspective and identify problems. It also helps us by giving us vital information at the initial meeting.
HOMEWORK

Homework are the documents that you will need to complete in order for us to process your case. While, in an emergency, a case can be filed without the completion of these documents, we prefer to have all of the documentation in final form prior to filing. This is because there are relatively short deadlines for filing the documents in final form. For example, the deadline for filing the matrix (list of names and addresses of creditors in a form that can be scanned) is 48 hours from filing the case. If the deadlines are not met, the case is subject to being dismissed without further notice. Simply put, having all documents completed prior to filing makes less work for us and less cost to you.
If you complete your homework prior to meeting with us, you can receive up to $100 credit against your total fee.
GET HOMEWORK
You may fill out the forms on line. Simply click on the following link. When asked for attorney ID, type in "lusky." You do not need to complete the homework in one sitting. You may save your work and come back to it later.
This is a third-party site and does NOT give you the information that we would normally give you about completing your schedules.
When you complete the homework, let us know by phone and set an appointment to review it. Make sure to tell us that you have filled out the homework online so that we will be prepared for the interview.
